Job Summary
Lead and perform process duties according to batch records and Standard Operating Procedures in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including operating machines like Cazzoli, Cobot, and Unit Dose Fillers. Ensure batch records, equipment logs, and relevant documentation are completed correctly while performing changeovers and set-ups for processing operations. Maintain packaging rooms and equipment, report process or equipment problems to supervision, and adhere to all safety rules, regulations, and company uniform policies. Requires 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or food manufacturing, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to speak and read in English
- Ability to perform basic Math computations
- Follows verbal and written directions
- Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships with others
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Manufacturing processes and equipment procedures
- 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, and/or food manufacturing
- Knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's)
- Familiarity with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and other regulatory requirements
- Understanding of SOP's, equipment and safety practices
- Ability to lift equipment or materials up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to complete their full shift without the need to use nicotine
