Job Summary
Packaging Operator available for a permanent, day shift at a Virginia FMCG/food manufacturing site. Operates and adjusts packaging machinery on the Assorted Pack Line, performs quality checks to meet specifications, ensures GMP and food safety compliance, sets up/changeovers, identifies faults, maintains production and quality records, and collaborates with the production team to reach daily targets. Requires experience with packaging lines and automated machinery, knowledge of food safety/HACCP and allergen control, attention to detail, physical ability for repetitive tasks, and passing a pre-employment medical. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in packaging in food manufacturing or FMCG production
- Exposure to packaging lines, processing equipment and automated machinery
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards
- Experience with allergen control / HACCP
- Must be able to pass pre-employment medical
