Job Summary
Packaging Operator responsible for operating packaging equipment, maintaining quality standards, labeling products, keeping production reports, taking quality samples, and contributing to Lean/continuous improvement initiatives on a 12-hour day shift (6am-6pm) on a 4x4 schedule in Lakeville, MN.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent is required
- Good math skills including familiarity with the metric system
- Basic computer skills
- Basic mechanical and technical skills
- Must be able to problem solve, multitask/prioritize and pay attention to detail
- Must be able to work a 12-hour shift
- Manufacturing experience of 1-3 years is preferred but not required
