Work includes loading railcars/trucks, ensuring correct product routing, maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring weights, and adhering to SOPs and safety/environmental regulations. Requires basic math skills, effective communication, ability to follow directions, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lb bags; may require extended hours, weekend/holiday shifts, and working in grain-processing environments. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; experience in an industrial setting preferred.
