Job Summary
Packaging Operator executes assigned production tasks including setting up, operating, cleaning, and troubleshooting equipment to package dairy products; operates and monitors case packing equipment and Baumer machinery; conducts quality control inspections and removes defective cases; performs routine maintenance (cleaning, sanitizing, lubrication) to minimize downtime; records production data and equipment performance; follows GMP and food safety protocols; collaborates with production team, supervisors, and maintenance to coordinate packaging schedules and ensure smooth workflow from primary packaging through palletizing.
Required Qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma
- 0-1 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
