Job Summary
Operate the Bagging Packaging Area and all automated packaging equipment at maximum efficiency to produce safe quality food product meeting customer specifications. Assist operators in setting up processes, monitoring product quality, and controlling line operations while strictly adhering to Tree Top operational policies, safety rules, and good manufacturing practices. Communicate effectively regarding food safety and quality risks to personnel with authority to initiate corrective actions. Perform duties while regularly standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs in an environment with extreme heat, loud noise, and moving mechanical parts.
