Job Summary
Packaging Operator responsible for operating, monitoring, and adjusting packaging machinery to meet production targets; perform quality checks to ensure product specifications and presentation; uphold GMP and food safety requirements; set up and change over packaging lines; identify and escalate faults; maintain accurate production and quality records; keep work areas hygienic; collaborate with the production team to achieve targets; requires experience in packaging in food manufacturing/FMCG, familiarity with flow wrappers, baggers, palletisers, and allergen control/HACCP; must pass pre-employment medical; night shift on a 12-hour alternating fortnightly roster; permanent full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in packaging in food manufacturing or FMCG production
- Exposure to packaging lines, processing equipment and automated machinery
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards
- Experience with allergen control / HACCP
- Must be able to pass pre-employment medical
