Job Summary
Packaging Operator responsible for operating high-speed packaging lines (kegging, bottling, or canning) and ensuring quality and safety. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, using forklift with training on-site, recording beer packaged in logs, adhering to SOPs, coordinating with brewers and logistics to prioritize packaging, and reporting hazards. Requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain safety, and comply with packaging standards. Must have High School Diploma or equivalent and be 21+; on-site daily duties at Four Peaks Brewing Company in Tempe, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 21+ years of age.
- General knowledge of brewing technology and equipment.
- Knowledge of brewing processes and techniques.
- Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Flexibility to work all required shifts.
- Works under general supervision with detailed instruction.
