Job Summary
Conduct manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products while ensuring finished goods meet quality specifications. Inspect in-process components to remove defective items and maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts. Perform routine cleaning of packaging stations and equipment, adhere to personal protective equipment and contamination control requirements, and handle hazardous waste appropriately. Participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions. This 12-month contract role in Sparks, MD requires a 4:00 pm to 4:00 am 2-2-3 rotating shift with every-other-weekend work, including overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- A minimum of 6 months of industry work experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Work well in a team environment
- Good documentation practices
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible work schedule including static or rotating shifts and overtime as required
- Familiarity with computers and various software for general business functionality
- Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations
