Packaging Operator - 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift

Job Summary
Setup machines, conduct basic troubleshooting, and monitor upstream/downstream equipment to ensure continuous packaging operations. Follow packaging schedules, quality control, and sanitation procedures while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. Clean machines during and after production runs or changeovers, and immediately report all food safety and quality issues to your supervisor. Observe plant safety, GMP, and allergen procedures, including HACCP and SQF requirements, while lifting up to 50 pounds. Work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays, and assist in other departments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules and work in other departments including weekends and holidays
- Must have experience with operating and maintaining the machines and ensuring the entire production line is running efficiently
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

- Must understand FDA guidelines and company policies
