Job Summary
Assemble, set up, and disassemble production line equipment while maintaining machinery before, during, and after operation. Continuously monitor equipment function and product quality to ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and HACCP guidelines. Utilize mechanical aptitude, tool knowledge, and pallet jack skills to manage line setup and product handling. Work Monday through Thursday from 4:30pm to 2:30am with overtime as required, lifting up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Available to work a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 4:30pm-2:30am, overtime as required
- Mechanical and/or machine operator experience required
- Able to repetitively lift 50 pounds
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools
- Computer skills such as file management & data entry
- Demonstrates a high level of precision, accuracy and alertness
- Good decision making skills
- Ability to use a pallet jack and/or dolly
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
