Job Summary
Operate packaging equipment on 2nd shift (3:00pm–1:00am, Mon-Thu), perform line quality checks, spot defects or machine issues and fix minor problems, follow SOP and cGMP rules, keep work area clean before/during/after shifts, complete detailed paperwork, use pallet jacks/hand tools/power tools, report safety or quality concerns promptly; opportunities for pay raises every 4–6 months through the Proficiency Program. Stand for a 10-hour shift, lift up to 60 lbs occasionally, wear required PPE; read SOPs/cGMPs in English; basic math; teamwork mindset.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Able to read and understand SOPs and cGMPs in English
- Basic math skills
- Reliable work ethic and team-first mindset
- Stand for a 10-hour shift
- Lift up to 60 lbs occasionally
- Wear required PPE
