Packaging Maintenance Operator (m/f/d)

Inspect incoming pallets and packaging units for damages, repair or repack as needed using approved materials, replace damaged pallets or packaging components, and ensure outbound shipments are transport-safe. Follow packaging manuals, work instructions and operational standards; return repaired or repacked units to the operational flow; maintain cleanliness and order in the packaging maintenance area; handle tools and basic equipment; support smooth cross-dock flow by eliminating packaging-related issues. Emphasis on basic numeracy, basic computer skills, ability to follow procedures, and strong attention to detail to perform manual and repetitive tasks reliably. Responsibilities align with a full-time position launching a greenfield project for an automotive brand, within an international company context.
