Job Summary
Packaging Machine Operator responsible for safely operating and maintaining high-speed packaging equipment on the cookie/cracker production line, performing quality inspections, executing efficient changeovers, documenting machine parameters, and supporting equipment reliability and continuous improvement while following safety, GMP, and sanitation standards; collaborates with production, maintenance, quality, and sanitation teams, and adapts to shifting production schedules (night shift) to meet daily targets.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating packaging or manufacturing equipment in a food production environment preferred
- Strong understanding of safety practices, GMPs, food safety, and quality systems
- Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt to changing production
- Education: High School Diploma
