Packaging Lead- 3rd Shift

Packaging Lead on the 3rd shift responsible for overseeing all packaging and labeling operations to maximize throughput. Leads training of new or transferring employees in the packaging department, implements and coaches TPM systems, and operates labelers, packaging equipment, and shrink wrap machines to ensure proper labeling, containment, and sealing. Ensures codes are legible and correct, cases are properly wrapped, and compliant with safety and quality rules. Monitors 5S, QA throughout packaging, and takes corrective action on major equipment malfunctions. Provides work assignments, coordinates labeling, casing, palletizing, and shipments, and supports throughput targets while maintaining safe, GMP-compliant operations. Requires ability to drive a forklift, lift up to 50 pounds, and work varied shifts; basic computer literacy for SAP transactions and tablet apps.
