Packaging Engineer

Conduct efficient packaging activities across Injection Molding, HC, Metallized, and Assembly areas, including alternating part numbers and executing drop, transport, and impact tests. Create packaging instructions, manage supplier communications and data, and coordinate with production teams on packaging development. Perform packaging simulations in PackAssistant, validate physical proposals with engineering and quality, and approve purchased parts. Calculate required packaging for budget planning, monitor CAPEX, and apply design-to-cost principles. Full-time role in Silao with a university degree in industrial engineering or logistics, 2-3 years of experience in automotive packaging.
