Job Summary

Oversee capital projects (CAPEX) through all phases in a manufacturing setting, manage equipment upgrades, facility enhancements, and infrastructure initiatives from concept to commissioning. Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Finance, R&D, and external vendors; support new product introductions, plant expansions, and process optimization. Ensure adherence to safety, food safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Prepare technical specifications, project documentation, and engineering proposals; lead continuous improvement efforts and provide technical support to plant operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 3 to 5+ years of Project Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in managing capital projects and plant engineering initiatives
  • Familiarity with packaging, processing, utilities, and automation systems
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and financial control processes
