Packaging Engineer

Packaging Engineer responsible for packaging structure design, coordinating with suppliers, arranging package samples and completing packaging testing; creating product packaging structure files (drawings, packaging descriptions, packaging method documents, packaging SOPs, packaging structure documentation, packaging materials BOM) and maintaining document control; improving existing packaging to enhance production efficiency, quality, and reduce cost; standardizing packaging drawings and ensuring compliance with drawing standards; optimizing packaging structures and processes to improve productivity and quality. Knowledge of packaging plastics, including plastic parts design and injection/blow molding tooling knowledge is preferred. The role emphasizes collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement, and is part of Stanley Black & Decker’s global team with a focus on innovative technology and smart factory initiatives.
