Job Summary
Lead packaging development for new product launches, reformulations, and packaging testing/validation across primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Product Development, and Operations to ensure success; manage relationships with external packaging suppliers, CM’s and 3PL; drive improvements and optimization of packaging quality and performance, track issues, determine root cause, and implement CAPAs; mentor junior engineers and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Package Engineering or other related engineering fields
- 3-5 years of experience in package development project work or equivalent experience
- Strong technical drawing review, evaluation, and approval
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal and communications skills
