Job Summary
Own end-to-end packaging engineering for biologics/materials: design, prototyping, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), SOPs across operations, lead feasibility studies, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement in packaging processes. Collaborate across operations, quality, R&D, and supply chain; familiar with CAD tools and regulatory requirements for packaging in medical/life sciences contexts; exposure to additive manufacturing or packaging automation is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Comfortable applying process validation methodology (IQ, OQ, PQ)
- Familiar with CAD software and packaging-related design tools
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for packaging materials in a medical or life sciences context
