Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in packaging development or engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with various packaging materials and processes (e.g., corrugated, flexibles, rigid plastics, thermoforming)
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for package design and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to launch
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software
- Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles
- Knowledge of sustainable packaging materials and practices
- Project management experience
