Job Summary
Lead daily operations across Conversion, Flexographic Printing, Security, and Rewind to hit schedule, quality, and service targets while managing labor and operating budgets. Set safety expectations, model GMPs, and investigate accidents with cross-functional partners. Track and improve key KPIs including throughput, waste, OEE, and downtime through Lean projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Coach supervisors, conduct performance reviews, and balance staffing to meet demand. Collaborate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Training, and HR to translate policies into daily action. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of manufacturing leadership required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, business, or related field
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership
- 3+ years leading production teams
- Experience in at least one: flexographic printing, film conversion, rewind operations, bag making, flexible packaging manufacturing
