Job Summary
Operate palletizing equipment to stack and wrap finished product cases, monitoring quality before palletizing. Label and stage pallets in designated areas while maintaining accurate counts and ensuring stability requirements are met. Follow all safety guidelines, keep the area clean, and report equipment malfunctions to the Production Supervisor. Assist production team members as needed to maintain workflow in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical for ensuring production runs smoothly and products are staged accurately and safely.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate palletizing equipment and pallet jacks (manual or powered)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods of time
- Manual dexterity to handle products and operate equipment safely
- Stamina to perform repetitive tasks for the duration of the shift
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
