Job Summary
Inspect and pack product manufactured on high-speed paper converting equipment per customer specification while adhering to safety programs and quality assurance systems. Notify the Operator when product does not meet quality standards and assist with resolution. Read production order packets to set up work areas, replenish materials, and support set-up or change-over activities as directed. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies. Actively engage in safety programs and assist other team members as needed. This role supports Novolex's mission to provide diverse packaging solutions across foodservice, grocery, and industrial sectors.

Desired Qualifications
