Job Summary
Join Flow Distribution as a Packaging Associate responsible for accurately packaging cannabis products in compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory standards. Perform tasks including counting, sorting, labeling, sealing, and boxing products while meeting production goals. Ensure visual quality control and maintain a sanitized workspace. Must work in a controlled environment, lift 30-50 lbs, and adapt to changing priorities. Health, dental, and vision insurance benefits offered, along with paid time off and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass all background checks
- Hold a valid AZDHS Facility Agent Card
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Desired Qualifications
- Packaging, production, or manufacturing experience
- Experience in the cannabis industry
Additional Requirements
- Must have an active Arizona Facility Agent card preferred
