Job Summary
Part-time/seasonal Packaging Assistant responsible for setting up and breaking down equipment, transporting and operating packaging machinery, performing CIP and sanitation procedures, quality checks, and maintaining cleanliness to IHC standards. Collaborates with technicians and brewery staff, with duties including testing equipment, labeler/date coder operation, and ensuring safe, efficient packaging line operation. Requires ability to pull pallets and move heavy equipment, stands for long shifts (8-12 hours), and lifting up to 50 pounds (can lift up to 800 pounds on wheels for line positioning). Starting pay is $18/hour; onsite training provided; experience or knowledge in craft beverages is a plus.
