Job Summary
Execute tasks assigned by department leadership, including measuring, packaging, and labeling products while comparing them against standards to ensure quality. Maintain a sanitary work environment and safely transport items from workspaces to storage areas. Perform all functions to the highest standard of quality and compliance, adhering to strict policies and procedures. Requires working Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Must be 21 years or older with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with plant material.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
- Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
- Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
- Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply

Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus
