Job Summary
Execute tasks assigned by department leadership, including measuring, packaging, and labeling products while comparing items to standards for quality assurance. Maintain a sanitary work environment and safely transport goods from workspace to storage. Ensure all functions meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Perform repetitive actions, sit, stand, or kneel for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs to torso level. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Requires at least one year of hands-on experience in a factory or manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
- Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
- Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
- Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
