Job Summary
Packaging Specialist responsible for operating bottling, canning, and kegging machinery on a night-shift production floor, maintaining safety and quality standards, performing loading/unloading, enabling material transfers, and supporting sanitation and cleaning in a fast-paced, team-driven manufacturing environment. Requires 18+ years old, ability to work 3x12 night shifts (Fri-Sun 6:00 pm–6:30 am), and flexibility for overtime/holidays; preferred experience in manufacturing and operating machinery; includes benefits such as health coverage, 401k, paid time off, and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be flexible in scheduling and willing to work overtime and holidays as needed
- Ability to work successfully with a team
- Must have the ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately
- Fast paced and constantly changing work environment
- Subject to extreme temperatures
- Ability to ascend/descend stairs and ladders throughout shift
- Ability to stand/move for 10-12 hours per day
- This is an active, fast paced, job requiring working on your feet most of the shift with occasional to frequent lifting of 20 to 40 pounds
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including, but not limited to, safety glasses and safety reinforced toe boots (as required by company policy)
- Must be able to stand for an extended period, climb, reach, walk, lift, grasp, feel, bend and twist
- Ability to work in tight or enclosed spaces

- Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour base pay ($21.52 average hourly rate with premium pay and built in OT on Night)
