Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for picking and/or packing orders, labeling and inspecting products, and using equipment to prepare shipments. Duties include measuring/weighing/counting products, potentially operating a forklift or order picker, packing shipments for parcel, LTL, and TL carriers, affixing shipping/tracking labels, recording product and order information, ensuring compliance with DOT/IATA/IMDG regulations, reporting missing items or variances, performing quality inspections per SOPs, participating in inventory/cycle counts, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring inspection readiness for SQFI/FDA and customer needs. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, safety consciousness, and ability to perform physical tasks, with a typical Monday–Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm shift; employer emphasizes equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Pass Background and Drug Screen
- Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50lbs)
