Job Summary
Packaging Specialist on a production floor operating bottling, canning, and kegging machinery in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Help maintain safety and quality standards, assist with material transfers between storage and work areas, and support cleaning and sanitation of the assigned areas. Weekend shift (Fri–Mon, 6:00 am–6:30 pm) with premium pay for certain windows and all weekend hours. Requires ability to work as part of a team, perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately, and comply with PPE requirements; opportunity for overtime, career advancement, and comprehensive benefits. Knowledge of manufacturing equipment operation, quality and safety practices, and ability to handle physical tasks and long shifts is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be flexible in scheduling and willing to work overtime and holidays as needed
- Ability to work successfully with a team
- Must have the ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety glasses and safety steel toe boots (as required by company policy)
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb, reach, walk, lift, grasp, feel, bend and twist
- Ability to work in fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Ability to ascend/descend stairs and ladders throughout shift
- Subject to extreme temperatures
