Job Summary
Operate bagging equipment and run machines to full capability while creating customer-compliant bag labels and maintaining inventory data. Prioritize activities to maximize efficiency, recognize unsafe conditions immediately, and perform minor repairs or assist maintenance with major issues. Facilitate product flow into and out of the area to ensure timely shipments and complete paperwork in a timely manner. Work the 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am with availability for overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide)
- Human relations skills
- Self-motivated
- Knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO14001 requirements
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Must be available to work overtime
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of personal computer operation
- Basic knowledge of fasteners
