Packager - 2nd Shift

Entry-level Packager on 2nd Shift at Lake City, MN. Responsibilities include selecting and wrapping products, boxing/crating/palletizing/shrink-wrapping for shipment, operating basic power and hand tools, inspecting work to meet specifications, monitoring product quality, reading production paperwork/diagrams, and performing part/mechanism testing as required. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, able to read instructions, with basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn packaging and metalworking processes. Schedule is 2nd shift with Monday–Thursday 3:00 PM–1:30 AM, Fridays as needed; overtime opportunities and weekends mostly free.
