Packager (1st Shift)

Prepare items for shipment by boxing, banding, and marking boxes with part numbers and job names. Move materials to shipping or designated areas, sort items on racks by size, type, and product code, and assemble customer orders from stock onto pallets. Assist with unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, and matching packing lists while ensuring the warehouse remains accessible and safe. Maintain adequate supplies of shipping materials and organize work areas for orderliness. Perform other duties as assigned. This role is part of Schebler's ESOP, where employee-owners receive shares over time and have a voice in business operations.
