Job Summary
Packager-1st Shift responsible for GMP-compliant packaging and routine quality checks in a high-speed production environment. Duties include operating packaging equipment, boxing and labeling finished products, rotating through Box Maker, Boxer, and Racker roles every 30 minutes, maintaining cleanliness and safety, following standard work and SOPs, and submitting required paperwork. Must adhere to PPE and safety protocols, assist with data entry and inspections, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Shifts run Monday–Thursday 6am–4:30pm with overtime on Fridays; requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous assembly line experience in a high-speed packaging environment
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills
- Teamwork-oriented mindset
- Reliable attendance
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs continuously
- Willing to work overtime as needed
