Job Summary
Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and monitor system performance to troubleshoot issues. Document configuration changes and maintain a knowledge base while assisting junior team members with guidance. This role requires minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and is based at the Bengaluru office.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year(s) of experience
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Experience with configuring and customizing packaged or software as a service applications
- Familiarity with using application programming interfaces and low-code platforms for solution development
- Ability to manage application releases and ensure system stability and performance
- Strong problem-solving skills
- 15 years full time education
