Job Summary
Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, using standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. Must have ServiceNow IT Service Management, and will facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective team collaboration. The role requires independent work as an SME, mentoring junior members, monitoring progress with metrics, and coaching teams in Agile practices. Based at the Bengaluru office with a minimum of 3 years of experience; 15 years of full-time education is required.
