Job Summary
Oversee the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, managing configuration, integrations, and releases to ensure stability and performance. Set platform standards that align with business and vendor constraints while driving the continuous improvement of cloud-based software. Collaborate with stakeholders to build RAG-based applications and AI agent frameworks using Python, AWS Bedrock, and Large Language Models. Maintain proficiency in vector databases, prompt engineering, and REST API development within a team focused on generative AI innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 year(s) of experience
- 3–4 years of professional software development experience
- Must have skills: Generative AI
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI
- A 15 years full time education is required
- 15 years full time education
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, AWS Bedrock, SQS, SNS, SES, AWS Glue, Transcribe, Translate, Secrets Manager, Cloudwatch Logs, QBusiness, Quick Suite and Bedrock AgentCore
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering
- Experience building RAG-based applications
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI Agent frameworks
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers
- Knowledge of NLP fundamentals
- Experience developing REST APIs
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience using vector databases such as ChromaDB, FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub
- Languages: Python, SQL
- Cloud: AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, EC2, S3, DynamoDB
- AI Agent Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen

- ML Libraries: Hugging Face Transformers, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow

- Data Science: Pandas, NumPy, Data Cleaning, EDA, Power BI
- Infrastructure: Docker, GitHub, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office
