Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by providing product knowledge, efficient assistance, and a friendly attitude. Build positive connections with customers and teammates while maintaining full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays. Stock, rotate, and merchandise items according to standards, using technology to complete tasks accurately. Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures across Fresh departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery. Support other operations to keep the store running smoothly. Maintain a calm, focused approach in a fast-paced environment while performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
