Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, staging orders, and transporting items to drivers. Scan, sort, and build delivery bags using smartphones and handheld devices while moving pallets and packages with carts, dollies, and hand trucks. Handle truck deliveries of customer packages and navigate stairs where applicable. Work in a climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles, operating around mobile cards and rolling cages.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes
- Protective safety footwear in select areas
