Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, scanning orders, and staging items for drivers. Transport and stage deliveries using carts, dollies, and hand trucks to move packages into delivery bags and vans. Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets while operating around moving equipment like mobile cards and rolling cages. Work in a climate-controlled environment with temperatures ranging from below freezing to over 90°F, requiring standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching. Go up and down stairs where applicable while wearing closed-toe shoes and protective safety footwear in select areas.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes
- Protective safety footwear in select areas
