Job Summary
As a Package Reliability Engineer at Micron Technology, you will oversee package quality and reliability for product lines, coordinating qualification efforts for new products and designs. The role involves creating reliability test plans, managing root cause analysis for failures, and generating reports for discussion. Ideal candidates should possess detailed knowledge of semiconductor component package assembly processes, mechanical interaction effects on reliability, and industry standard reliability test methods. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently are essential.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Micro Electronic Packaging
- Experience in Quality/Reliability Engineering
- Experience in Failure Analysis
- Understanding of software systems employed in backend manufacturing
