Job Summary
Establish an on-site presence at assigned Downtown Austin apartment complexes by providing in-person and written support for resident package inquiries. Log deliveries into the property management system, arrange labeled packages on shelving, and deliver items up to 60 lbs to resident doors or units. Conduct physical audits and software reviews to identify aging packages, troubleshoot locker hardware, and manage email correspondence with residents, staff, and support teams. Maintain accurate records while representing the Luxer One brand in upscale residential communities. Work Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm, with flexibility to cover missed shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Monday-Friday (5 days/week), 10am-6pm
- At least 18 years old
- 1–2 years of customer service experience in a client-facing role
- Reliable transportation, such as a personal vehicle or access to public transit
- Comfortable and well adept using technology, including digital package management software, Google Suite, Apple Hardware/Software
- Strong organizational and independent problem‐solving abilities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform regular physical activity, including lifting and arranging packages, some of which may be bulky, within legal guidelines and safely maneuver within storage areas
- Can lift up to but, not exceed 60 LBS
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods if necessary
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
- Willingness to make-up for hours missed or cover shifts as needed
