Job Summary
Manage package reception rooms and locker systems at assigned Atlanta apartment complexes by establishing an on-site presence and organizing shelving for resident access. Log deliveries into property management software, deliver packages to doors or in-units (60lbs max), and conduct audits to address aging items. Provide in-person and written support to residents regarding package inquiries and account issues, while serving as the primary liaison between properties and Luxer One Support. Troubleshoot lightweight maintenance on hardware and software as needed. Work Mon-Fri for three hours daily, with flexibility to cover missed shifts.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- 1–2 years of customer service experience in a client-facing role
- Reliable transportation, such as a personal vehicle or access to public transit
- Comfortable and well adept using technology, including digital package management software, Google Suite, Apple Hardware/Software
- Strong organizational and independent problem‐solving abilities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform regular physical activity, including lifting and arranging packages, some of which may be bulky, within legal guidelines and safely maneuver within storage areas
- Can lift up to but, not exceed 60 LBS
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods if necessary
- Must be able to work effectively in environments with varying temperatures, including heat and cold, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
- Willingness to make-up for hours missed or cover shifts as needed
