Job Summary
Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes, then load trucks for deliveries. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and quality standards. Work in varying temperatures and lift items averaging 50lbs, occasionally up to 75lbs. Shifts run Sunday through Thursday, Tuesday through Saturday, or Friday through Monday, with hours ranging from 6:30 AM to 10:15 AM or end of sort. This role supports Lasership, Inc. dba OnTrac Final Mile's operations team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stay on your feet while working
- Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written)
- Must be available for Sunday – Thursday shifts
- Must be available for Tuesday – Saturday shifts
- Must be available for Friday - Monday shifts
- Must be available for 6:30AM – 10:15AM shifts
- Must be available for End of Sort shifts
