Job Summary
On-call package handler unloading trailers and verifying freight against manifests; unload freight into conveyors; operate jacks to organize, receive shipments, and feed sort lines; set up sort per plan; sort, scan, and prepare orders with handheld devices; place packages for delivery or Linehaul; stage freight for load-out; assist hub/middle mile operations; perform safety checks and housekeeping; lift up to 50 pounds; flexible schedule with at least 3 days/week availability; fast-paced warehouse environment with training and accommodation support.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse or logistics environment is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg)
- Comfort with shift-based schedules
- Willingness to undergo training and certification
