Job Summary
Receive and process merchandise, including picking, packing, preparing, shipping orders and returns, and loading/unloading trailers. Input data to prepare reports while providing high-quality customer service to resolve disputes and review compliance with vendors and associates. Follow all company, state, local, and OSHA safety rules; promptly report potential violations. Maintain regular attendance, comply with dress codes, and adhere to flexible shift requirements, including overtime as requested. Cross-train in at least two departments to support business needs. Proficiency in English and effective teamwork are required.

- Adept multi-tasking abilities
