Job Summary
Receive and process merchandise by picking, packing, preparing, shipping orders, and loading/unloading trailers. Input data to prepare reports while providing customer service to resolve disputes and review compliance with vendors and associates. Follow all OSHA safety rules, company policies, and dress code requirements to maintain a safe work environment. Maintain regular attendance and adhere to designated shifts, including morning and night rotations, with flexibility for overtime as requested.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to learn and apply policies, procedures, standards and guidelines, and receive, understand and proactively respond to direction
- Effective collaboration and teamwork skills
- Adept multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to satisfactorily complete company training programs and cross-train in at least 2 departments
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for night shifts
- Must be available for morning shifts
- Must be able to work any designated shift and overtime as requested per business and operational needs
- Must comply with dress code requirements
- Must follow all company, state, local and OSHA safety rules, policies and regulations
- Must promptly report any potential violations to the appropriate supervisor or manager
- Must comply with all company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines, including those related to accuracy and productivity
- Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by the company
