Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations, including building and supporting inbound and outbound solutions using Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Orchestrations. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, system performance, and integration reliability while supporting payroll and third-party vendor integrations via PICOF/PECI. Troubleshoot and optimize complex integration solutions involving Workday Web Services, XSLT, and advanced reporting. This role requires Workday Integrations and Studio certifications, with a focus on enterprise-scale environments and REST/SOAP protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio
- Experience with Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Orchestrations
- Expertise in Workday Web Services (REST & SOAP)
- Experience building integrations with third-party payroll vendors using PICOF/PECI
- Strong knowledge of XSLT development, Calculated Fields, and Advanced Reporting
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex integration solutions
- Strong Workday Integration experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Workday environments
Desired Qualifications
- Workday Integrations Certification (Preferred)
- Workday Studio Certification is highly preferred
