Job Summary
Support Controller and PR+ submission activities while managing financial consolidation and group-level reporting processes for global finance transformation initiatives. Bridge business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of statutory, management, and P&L reporting requirements. Work closely with finance stakeholders to drive process improvements and data management across multinational clients. Day 1 reporting post onboarding is mandatory, with face-to-face interviews conducted at the IBM location in Bangalore.
Required Qualifications
- Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance consulting experience
- Experience in Financial Consolidation and Reporting
- Understanding of Controller (IBM Cognos Controller) processes
- Experience with P&L reporting and financial data management
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
- Ability to work with global business and technical teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
